With underground coal resources mined,the balance between ecological environment of the mining area, buildings and structures was damaged. Because optimal surface movement parameters determine the accuracy of prediction, so requiring them is the main contents of this paper and how to gain surface movement parameters and dynamic parameters according to surface movement observational data of arbitrary observation line is the key in this paper.Taking the first working face of 1013 in Wugou coal mine as example in this paper,observation stations were built,according to 11 observation data processed and analysed, then this paper has respectively given height error 1.30mm and point error 3.45mm after whole observation. At the sometime obtained the various angle parameters (boundary angle, displacement angle, crack angle), dynamic parameters (starting distance, advance angle of influence, advance distance of influence, etc), expected parameters (subsidence coefficient q, the radius of the main tangent tgβ, the inflection point of moving distance S, the greatest subsidence angleθ) and dynamic predicted parameters. Then the advantages and disadvantages between Steepest descent method,Gauss-Newton method and Levenberg-Marquard were analyzed,the dynamicq , tgβ, S 3andθwere fit basing on least square method used Levenberg-Marquard, some roles of surface movement parameters were summarized under this conditions and surface subsidence was predicted. And the dynamic sink basin was simulated used Fast Lagrangian Analysis of Continua in 3 Dimensions(numerical simulation with FLAC3D) in the paper.In this paper, the procedures of requiring the probability-integral predicted parameters and predicting surface subsidence were programed with visual programming language of Visual Studio 2005. The valuable study of this paper can give a guiding significance to other coal mines which were similar with this geological and mining conditions .
