With the progress of urbanization reform in China,the scale of small and medium-sized cities is gradually expanding,the population is becoming more and more dense,and the problem of water pollution has become increasingly prominent.Most of the original sewage purification treatment plants are located at a disadvantage.Monitoring and management,system automation monitoring and management performance is low.With the rise of "Industrial 4.0" and "Made in China 2025" and other strategies,mobile intelligent terminal technology,the rapid development of Internet of Everything and the widespread application of mobile APP software,automation control technology has a broad space for improvement,sewage treatment plant The automation supervision and control system is the key to its normal,stable and efficient work.Therefore,the improvement of the overall performance of the system has important practical significance.(1)The system design is based on PLC,based on DTU intelligent gateway and cloud platform server,the second application development of mobile APP configuration software,running stable on-site PLC control system and intelligent gateway and cloud capable of efficiently storing and transmitting data information in real time.The platform server and the smartphone APP control part combine technology with 4G network as the medium to develop a set of highly intelligent sewage treatment mobile phone remote monitoring and management system.(2)In addition,based on the oxygen supply model of the aerobic tank of the On-site sewage treatment system,the dissolved oxygen concentration controller in the wastewater treatment based on the improved RBF-PID algorithm is designed.The simulation results show that the tracking accuracy of the control method is higher.(3)The intelligent overall system design described in this paper mainly involves the following contents: the determination of the overall automation management system of the system,the specific design of the overall software and hardware level of the system,the completion and commissioning of the system as a whole,and the final experimental verification and result analysis.(4)The remote monitoring and sewage treatment system has been installed and pre-operated by the whole equipment.It has passed the actual operation test.The overall system work is stable,the control status is excellent,and the effluent quality meets the actual living requirements.
