The Internal Circulation Reactor(IC reactor) , which was the third generation ultra.high.rate anaerobic reactor developed successfully on the UASB reactor,Has somefeatures that are a small footprint,big high-diameter ratio,high organic load,Drainage stability and Strong resistance impacted capacity of organic load.In this paper, fragmented-Hydrolytic Acidification-sediment are used as a pretreatment of IC reactor . And study the Start and operation of Pilot.scale IC reactor treated Aquaculture wastewater.The research indicates that IC reactor has a relatively good breeding wastewater treatment efficiency.In 35±1℃,the volume of mandatory driving force internal circle of 6m3/h~12m3/h,and ORP≤-250mv, the startup that is completed in 130 days . The author adopted to stabilize the first concentration of COD (2000mg/L) and increase the volume load (0.63 KgCOD/(m3.d )~ 2.01KgCOD/(m3.d)) and improve concentration and enhance the volume load. In the stable section of the startup,the concentration of COD is above 8400mg/l, the volume load is above8.4KgCOD/m3?d, the rate of removal COD is above84%, the gas production rate is above107 m3/d,the Internal circulation is above 236 m3/d .The black Granular Sludge was formated that the range of grain diameter was from 0.5 millimetre to 2 millimetre,was stronger.In35±1℃, the volume of mandatory driving force internal circle of 12m3/h or so,ORP≤-250mv , The author studied IC reactor run under the two phases . The studies have shown that the system can bear the highest concentration of water 8962.2mg/L. then the average volume load is 11.46kgCOD/(m3 ?d), and the rate of removal COD was 82.76%. the waterlogged concentration of COD of the system shoud not exceed 9000mg/L, the waterlogged volume load of the system shoud not exceed 11.50kgCOD/(m3 ?d). The volume load and the Gas yield of volume assume quadratic curve.The maximum Gas yield of volume was 4.9 m3/(m3 ?d).
