This object comes from the project of State Natural Science Fund"New process and theory on soft die and deep-drawing forming of AZ31B magnesium alloys(No. of the project:50775197)".As the lightest metal structural material in the industrial product, magnesium alloy has much better recycling properties than tough materials and gets more and more concern because of reducing the car weight and the effect on the environment protection,and gets more and more extensive using in Aero-space,automobile and electronics industry. It can avoid defects such as low material utilization, poor technical stability in thin wall shell-shaped production and product properties. It has important realistic meaning and economic worth to study the forming law and the thermal forming craft simulation technology of magnesium alloy sheets out of shape for realizing the practical and industrialization of magnesium alloys sheet processing.My teacher Pro.Zhao had proposed a new process on soft die and deep-drawing forming of magnesium alloys using solid granules medium as the force transfer. This new process using the effect of the heat-resistant solid granules medium to replace rigid punch (for example: elastic body or liquid) to forming the magnesium alloys sheets. This new process This method has some new forming properties due to the non-traditional force transfer medium.In this paper, the uniaxial tensile behavior of rolling AZ31 magnesium alloy in the condition of different temperature and different strain rate is studied to describe the relation between heat tensile properties and process parameters of the AZ31 magnesium alloy。Using the large general finite-element analysis software——ABAQUS, the author simulates the deep-drawing forming process of the magnesium alloy tube parts. The stress and strain distribution of the deep-drawing forming process of the magnesium alloy tube parts in different stage and different region was analyzed. The impact of die fillets, forming temperature, lubrication, blank holder gap and the sheet diameter to the deep-drawing forming of magnesium alloy, and the proper parameter range in the process of magnesium alloy deep-drawing forming is identified. It has laid the foundations of the experiment of the heat and deep-drawing forming of the magnesium alloy sheet.The author designs the dies for the heat deep-drawing of the magnesium alloy tube parts, and control system of temperature of the dies. And then, the author have done a series of experiments and researches. As a consequence ,the simulation outcomes are validated ,and how different process paramaters affect the shaped workpiece is ulteriorly acquired.In addition,the author make the eligible cup made of magnesium alloy successfully.
