Fast forging hydraulic press has already become one of necessary facility of the forging industry as important equipment for the pressure processing. In recent years, with the rapid development of information and computer technology, people demand higher automation and control accuracy. It's necessary to research better computer control system and get ideal forging frequency and accuracy. It can get shorten the forging time, save material and prominent economic benefits.Based on synthesizing a great deal of data and amply analyzing the operating characteristic of fast forging hydraulic press, and according to the hydraulic control sysytem requirements of 22MN fast forging hydraulic press and production demand given by the customer, this dissertation designs the computer control system . It's composed of an industrial control computer and a S7-400 programmable controller.In order to solve the problem of shock and vibration, on the basis of researching forging curve and pressure relief curve, present solution of PLC control system. In accordance with the requirements of hydraulic control system, the dissertation designs the PLC control program in the operating condition of conventional forging, semiautomatic forging and fast forging and analyses the results of test curves though test platform of 22MN fast forging hydraulic press. The test curves contain forging curve in different ways and pressure relief curve. The results show that the PLC control system can meet the requirements of hydraulic system. In order to meeting the visualization requests of production process, 22MN fast forging hydraulic press selects SIMENS configuration software and designs the interfaces of monitored control system. The dissertation provides theoretical and practical basis for the computer control system designment of fast forging hydraulic press, and must have instruction significance.
