Large-scale forging hydraulic press has the strong forging ability, the ease of operation, the reliable use and so on. It's the main forging equipment of industry like machinery, metallurgy, astronavigation, shipbuilding, and power plant.Cylinder,beam and frame which take on the main loads are key components of hydraulic press.They are commonly abated owing to irrational design,manufacture and operation,which bring momentous damage.Based on hydraulic press design theory, referring to the design experience and structure of former large-scale forging hydraulic press, and in view of existent flaw of the traditional hydraulic press structure and technical parameters and request for technics of 70 MN free forging hydraulic press,the dissertation has confirmed the prime plan of structure of cylinder,beam and column.On this basis,the three-dimension design software Pro/Engineer has been adopt to build models and the finite element models are built after rational predigestion.Finally,the large-scale finite element software ABAQUS has been used to calculate the three-dimensional finite element to key components, which analyzes their rationality of structure design.At first,the dissertation has checked the rigidity and intensity of components,so as to make sure that cylinder,beam and column can meet the rigidity and capability of non-central load of free forging hydraulic press.Secondly,stress and deformation analysis are applied on the cylinder, which is proved rational and manipulable after analysis and optimization.At last, the whole hydraulic press are analysized,including the main direction of beam and components of frame,to ensure that is rational and manipulable. The dissertation modifies the previous design and referred the last body structure scheme according to the calculated result.Based on much analysis,the dissertation ensure the structure of cylinder, beam and column. It offers preference for scheme demonstration and technical design of 70 MN free forging hydraulic press.
