the main frame of hydraulic press has become one of the essential equipmentin industry manufacture. Heavy frame of hydraulic press is easy to be damagedbecause of absence of strength, stiffness and vibration due to its structure and force.Thus, he analysis and optimization of structure ale an important part of the mainframe of hydraulic press designing.In this paper, Through finite element static and dynamic analysis, structuralanalysis and optimization of a6300KN frame of hydraulic press were done,thedesigning and analysis of the key parts are finished using the theory of hydraulicpress.In this paper, the solid model is built with Solidworks and the model isanalyzed by using ANSYS Workbench software, With static analysis, strengthcheck and rigidity check were finished, and with modal analysis, naturalfrequencies and mode shapes of the main frame were presented.As a result, structural optimization are performed in the upper beam ofhydraulic press by applying ANSYS Workbench software. Based on theoptimization method of mechanical design, the accurate results are obtained bymeans of the approach of experimental design in ANSYS Workbench software.Under satisfying the requirement of stress intensity, the weight of e upper beam ofhydraulic press was decreased by2.25%, the optimization effect is obviouslyobtained.
