This paper combined objective measurement with data analysis methods to study. Through the elasticity, thickness, hardness measurement of human body to find the relationship between the human data and the elasticity material. And the performances of the material were tested, the system which is suitable for elasticity materials produced lingerie mannequin was built.In this study, 207 women whose ages'ranges between 20 and 54 were selected to be measured about the skin elasticity. 30 women whose ages are from 20 to 39 were selected to be the small-sample and be measured the skin elasticity, skin and skin-fold thickness, hardness of the human body. Based on the measuring results we selected six kinds of flexible materials to test their hardness, elasticity, tensile strength. We use the SPSS 16.0 software to analyze and compare the various anthropometric data partly; and analyze the correlations between the measurement items and measuring point; and factor analysis with the Measuring data; to explore the factors that affect mannequin made; and use measurement data analysis and comparison of the selected materials to establish material systems.The results show that: In the future, people need to focus on the requirements of the shape flexibility and functionality of chest, waist, hips, thighs and other regions of the root during the R & D process. The thickness of the fat of non-full region of human body is the greatest factor to the form of mannequin when making the mannequin. And when choose the flexible materials of mannequin we can not only based on one or two kinds of capability to determine whether the material is suitable, but also based on the hardness, resilience, ductibility, and performance of other related materials for the relatively superior one.
