With the development of life condition,people attach more importance to healthy lifestyle.In recent years,running has become the spontaneous demand for people who seeking high quality life and the demands of running tights become higher.So the research of running tights has practical significance.The match of fabric elasticity and skin deformation rate was studied in this paper,especially for the sport of running:obtaining skin deformation rate under running posture by dynamic measurement;measuring the fabric to obtain the elasticity data and using the fabric to make running tights;measuring the fabric deformation rates when the running tights were on;obtaining the regression model of trousers deformation rate,skin deformation rate and the fabric elasticity by mathematical statistics analysis so that we can use trousers deformation to judge if the fabric match the skin deformation.The following three main aspects of the work were done:1.Joints' angles of lower limb in the running state are determined by capturing the motions of women's running with OptiTrack Motion Capture System.Two postures are set for the dynamic measurement.The posture 1 is:the upper body forward 10 °,raising the left leg,the angle of thigh and the horizontal is 24°,the angle of the thigh and calf is 103 °.The posture 2 is:the upper body back 10 °,lift the left leg back,the angle of the thigh and calf is 78 °.Dynamic measurements are done based on the motions got by the OptiTrack Motion Capture System and the skin deformation rates of female's lower limb are obtained.The vertical and horizontal skin deformation rate of hip(belly)area,thigh area and knee area are analyzed to get the skin deformation characteristics.The skin deformation rate is cluster analyzed to classify the deformation rate.2.Four kinds of two-way high-elastic fabrics are used as the experimental fabrics by contacting the fabric companies and sports enterprises and visiting the market.The warp and weft constant load elongation,constant load ME elastic deformation rate and elasticity under low load are tested.Obtain the running pants pattern by revivifying and correcting the brand trousers repeatedly and use the pattern and the fabrics to make running tights.The trousers deformation rates under running states are obtained by dynamic measurement of wearing trousers.3.The conclusion that there are significant differences between the trousers deformation rates when wearing the running tights and the skin deformation rates are reached by multi-related sample nonparametric tests.Two related samples nonparametric tests are done to reach the conclusion that the pants D match most to the skin deformation,followed by B,C and AThe trousers deformation of each part is analyzed and the best matching fabric to each part is obtained in this paper.Correlation Analysis is used to analyze the correlation between the skin deformation and the trousers deformation when wearing each tights.For each area,the correlation between fabric elasticity and trousers deformation is obtained by correlation analysis.The mathematical model of trousers deformation rate(y),skin deformation rate(x1)and the fabric elasticity(x2)is established by multiple linear regression analysis and the mathematical model is judged meaning.The vertical deformation model of knee is y=0.702x1-0.02x2+0.056;The horizontal deformation model of knee is y=0.774x1+0.048x2-0.059;The vertical deformation model of thigh is y=0.559x1+0.018x2+0.015;The horizontal deformation model of thigh is y=0.617x1+0.048x2-0.066;The vertical deformation model of is hip is y=0.71 1x1+0.013x2-0.04;The horizontal deformation model of hip is y=0.713x1+0.048x2-0.073.The trousers deformation rate impacts the pattern design of running tights.We can come to the conclusion from the mathematical model that the skin deformation rate(x1)and the fabric elasticity(x2)determine trousers deformation rate(y).So this study is instructive for pattern design of running tights.Besides,the regression models provide a reference for running tights fabric choices.
