With the development of industry and economic, the producing of reinforced steel products will increase significantly, because it have the advantages of high speed and simplicity in installation, its application has become more and more popular. When adopt the optimum plan and corresponding measures of the roll system(such as adopt the large deformation system), it can prevent steel revolves around its axis and have the effect of unify steel original bending curvature.This paper is agsinst the large deformation system, utilized the related knowledge of elasto-plasticity theory, analyzed the steel bar volume's distortion and the pitch of strand in setting out time. Twist moment and stress of the large deformation system are analyzed, obtained the conclusion that the large deformation system can greatly prevents the reverse. Plastic deformation of steel bar at the large deformation system is analysed, indicating that the large deformation system can unify primitive curvature of steel bar. Because the roll groove's constraint, a direction's recurvation had the additional strightening function curving regarding its vertical direction.This paper utilizes the elasto-plasticity theory, through the establishment of suitable mathematical model, stress and strain of arbitrary curved steel bar in strightening process is analysed, functional relations of primitive ratio of curvature, the primitive curvature plane and the inflection plane's included angle and inflection flexural torque are obtained. the corresponding snapping back situation, and have analyzed the corresponding snapping back situation, obtained the snapping back plane to circle the neutral axial inflection plane rotation the conclusion, thus it may be known, when the roller was the disposition was appropriate, with two mutually perpendicular plane's inflection may achieve the strightening goal.Using Visual Basic software, the depressed regulations operational system of parallel roller straightening machine is developed and basic information of material is saved in Access data base. In the actual operation, simply input the basic parameter of steel bar, the related distance of straightener roll and the maximum primitive ratio of curvature, it can calculate and output the distance of depress, corresponding all roll's depress strength and the moment of flexion, has facilitated worker's operation enormously, had the important practice significance.
