As a kind of rare metal, Molybdenum are wide application and good prospect in metallurgical industry agriculture electric field chemical industry environmental protection and aerospace. is a kind of very important raw material to the national economy and an irreplaceable strategic materials. But Molybdenum plate as a kind of non-ferrous metal sheet, will replace the general sheet metal in the manufacturing of high temperature components of aeronautics and astronautics, electron tubes, etc. Customers put forward higher requirements of molybdenum plate flatness. Straightening is one of the most important production processes of rolling production line, and has a key role in the formation of the plate after straightening. At present, the straightening process of molybdenum plate is controlled by artificial, and the straightening process parameter is set by experience workers, not only difficult to meet the requirements, but also has low efficiency. To solve this problem, this paper focuses on the research of a molybdenum plate 19 roller straightening machine,design and develops an automatic straightening process setting system. Mainly include the process model of data management system, database modeling,monitoring system. The data management system of straightening process model can calculate parameters automatically, optimize online, set roll-gap automatically and so on, not only has automatically straightening process but also improve the production efficiency and quality of plates.Through the overall analysis and research of the straight 19 and molybdenum plate straightening machine, in this paper the working principle and process model of straightening machine was studied firstly, and then correlation modules and constructs the data management system and monitoring system of straightening machine were designed with PLC, WinCC, Oracle, OPC etc. Then build the whole straightening machine data management system, using modular design method, Secondly, aiming at appearing bad results when straightening some sheets, through the straightening process to implement data acquisition and its reasons are analyzed, will further complete the straighteningprocess module and improve the quality and efficiency of molybdenum plate straightening and brings plate manufacturers more economic benefit. In this chapter mainly gives the theoretical deduction and in view of the actual demand design of the high speed data acquisition system, which not only make straightening process data real-time sharing, avoid the phenomenon of the traditional data acquisition and data loss, also provides a prerequisite to straightening force online observation.As far, the automatic process setting system has been applied into molybdenum plate production lines of Jinduicheng Molybdenum Company,since it has been put into operation the performance is stable and reliable,greatly improving the straightening accuracy and efficiency of molybdenum plates, has been recognized by the company. The results show that the molybdenum plate 19 roller straightening machine design of straight automatic straightening process system is feasible.
