As the important part of the citizens' living environment,Landscape Water has poor ability of self-purification,and easily become the acceptor of waster water, rain water, and waste. So it will lead to various extents pollution and then eutrophication.Though there are many researches on the treatments about landscape Water pollution at home and abroad,we haven't found economic, efficient and easy ways.In the research,we study cultured microorganisms of water-purification preparation which is used for treating Landscape Water eutrophication. There are two major parts:1.Hyperactivity purified water Bacillus subtilis of our laboratory stored is used for puring the Eutrophication water of waste pool in boar field of Huazhong Agricultural University.Compared with the previous condition, water COD and nitrogen content has an obviously descend, but phosphorus content change a little, after one months treatment. The study shows that this Bacillus subtilis can make organic matter separate, the bio-denitrogenation of eutroplicated landscape water and improve the water quality.2.Compound microorganisms' preparation is used for treating Shanzhou River in Dongguan, which includes purified water Bacillus subilis, denitrifying bacteria, photosynthetic bacteria and Lactic acid bacteria. After treating 7 days, the foul smell of water wears off and disappear, the color change from black to green. After 56 days, the average date of all phosphorus drop from 12.6mg/L to 4.405 mg/L,the rate of wearing off reaches 44.65%,the dissolved oxygen improve from 0.12 mg/L to 6.3 mg/L,increase 51.58 times. At the same time, the extinct fish begin to appear in Shanzhou River, and the diversity of water ecosystems gradually resuming. The quality and the types of aquatic animals have a relatively large promotion.
