Because of the development of people's living standards,doing sports outside becomes so popular that people's demand for sportswear is increasing.At present,the polyamide fiber whose advantages are thin,hard-wearing,and elastic,is one of the raw materials used for making sportswear.Its moisture rate is 4.5%that may cause the wearer feel uncomfortable.It's essential for the sportswear to have waterproof function and moisture function so that the sportswear can be comfortable.Therefore,studying the nylon fabric whose function is water-repellent,single-side moisture transported or waterproof breathable is important for the market of sportswear.This paper used the nylon fabric to develop three kinds of functional fabrics through conducting the process optimization of fluorine-free water-repellent agent,hydrophilic agent and the coating agent of PU.The first part selected two kinds of fluorine-free water-repellent agents X,ECO.This part discusses the factors that influenced the water-repellent performance of the nylon fabric.After water-repellent finishing,the water-repellent grade of the nylon fabric can reach to 100 points.After 20 times of washing,the grade can keep in at 80points.And then the optimal technological condition is concluded:the concentration of the agent X is 40g/L,the amount of crosslink agent F is 6g/L,the concentration of the agent ECO is 40g/L,the amount of crosslink agent XCR is 6g/L,and the baking temperature is 170?for 60 s.Finally,this part studies the water-repellent performance of the nylon fabric that is dried in the air after washing.The result of experiment shows that adding the particles in the agent X and ECO can improve the water-repellent performance of the nylon fabric dried in the air after washing 10 times.When the concentration of the agent X is 40g/L,the amount of Nano finishing agent is 6g/L,the water-repellent grade of the nylon fabric that was dried in the air after washing was 80points.When the concentration of the agent ECO is 40g/L,the amount of Nano finishing agent is 3g/L,its water-repellent grade can keep in at 85 points.In the second part,the fluorine-free water-repellent agent X,thickening agent PTE are selected and the coating finishing method is adopted to carry out the single-side water-proofing finishing for nylon fabric,then the hydrophilic agent SA is selected and the hydrophilic finishing is carried out by padding on the other side of the nylon fabric.The effects of the mass concentration of water-proofing agent and thickening agent,coating pressure and hydrophilic agent on the water-repellent/hydrophilic properties of the nylon fabric is discussed.The result shows that the water-repellent level of the fabric can reach to 90 points,and the wetting time of the other side is 9.5s after water-repellent/hydrophilic finishing.After 20 times of washing,the waterproof grade could keep 70 points,and the wetting time became 11.5s.The optimal technological condition of single-side water-repellent finishing is concluded:the concentration of the agent X is 40g/L,the concentration of cross-linking agent F is 6g/L and the dosage of thickener is 1.0%,the coating pressure is adjusted to 8mm,the baking temperature is 170?for90 s.The optimal technological condition of hydrophilic finishing is concluded:the concentration of the hydrophilic finishing agent is 30g/L,and the baking temperature is 170?for 90 s.The third part selects the coating agent of PU named F-780.Use the direct coating method to conduct waterproof and moisture permeable finishing for nylon fabric.After finishing,the nylon fabric has great waterproof and moisture permeability.The hydrostatic pressure resistance can reach to 100kPa and the moisture permeability was5890 g/(m~2·24h).After 5 times of washing,the retention rate is more than 70%.The optimal technological condition of the coating finishing is that mix 100g coating agent with 1.5g crosslinking agent D-891,2g promoting agent D-C and 1g thickening agent to get the pre-coating cement.Control the amount of coating in 34g/m~2,and the baking temperature is 160?for 90s.
