Chlorinated rubber is prepared by aqueous-phase way. Chlorinated rubber is gained from chlorination of natural rubber latex. Nonionic and cationic surfactants are added to keep the stability of latex. The influence of surfactant, content of rubber and condition of chlorination on the reaction is investigated. In the process of degradation, the condition of reaction is also observed. And the reuse of solution is also considered. The results are as follows:(1) The optimum conditions of chlorination are as follows: c(ZD-100)=0.5g/ L, c(ZD-301)=0.25g/ L, the content of rubber in the reaction is 7.9%, the temperature of the first step is 25℃, the temperature of the second step is 60℃, the time of the first step is 2.5h, the time of the second step is 8h,c(HCl)=8mol/ L.(2) The optimum conditions of degradation are as follows: m(regulator):m(rubb-er)=0.003, the temperature of reaction is 95℃, the flow of oxygen is 0.6 L /h.(3) The solution can be reused three times, which greatly reduce the emission of waste acid.(4) The products can reach the requirements of application.
