Strategies Study Of Constructing The Ecological Harmonious Qinghai In The View Of Scientific Concept Of Development

Qinghai province which is the place of origin of Yangtze River, Yellow River and Lancang River takes decisive effect on maintaining regional ecological equilibrium. The distinctive geographical location and weather conditions of Qinghai province decides its special ecological position in the country. Currently, the situation of ecological environment in Qinghai is very severe. It produces lot of problem which affects the country's ecological environment because of the degeneration of the natural environment and man-induced damage, thus, it hinders some areas economical development. It is impossible to build a harmonious Qinghai if this situation continues, and furthermore it will threaten the Chinese nation's further development and human survival and development. To build Qinghai's ecological harmony also reflects the scientific outlook on development. Thus, the studies of establishing Qinghai's ecological harmony have some important theoretical and practical values.In the beginning this study researches the relationship of ecological harmony and harmonious Qinghai, and then it combines the current situation of Qinghai's ecological environment, at last it raises the question that the theory of establishing Qinghai's ecological harmony is a strategy of the scientific outlook on development.The dissertation is divided into four parts:In part one, to build ecological harmony is the internal demands for establishing harmonious Qinghai. This part mainly discusses the basic intension of ecological harmony and the theoretical meaning of establishing harmonious Qinghai.Part two, construction of the status of ecological harmony Qinghai. The author summarizes the current situation of Qinghai's ecological environment and its protection from different aspects, and explains detailed information about the influence of establishing Qinghai's ecological harmony. The author also analyses the reason from both the human and natural factors which provides research basis and evidence for the part two. In part three, to direct Qinghai's ecological harmony with the scientific outlook on development so as to achieve the research of Qinghai's ecological harmony.Part four analyses the strategies of the establishment of Qinghai's ecological harmony. In accordance with specific conditions of Qinghai province and the reasons of building ecological harmonious Qinghai, the author offers concrete strategies to it. That is to push on Qinghai ecological security system, to establish Qinghai ecological economic development models which fits in with Qinghai current situation, to cultivate and disseminate a indigenous-culture with Qinghai's characteristics, to promote the ecological migration policy that favored the establishment of ecological harmonious Qinghai, and to perfect related laws and mechanism.
