In this dissertation, uniform PbS nanocubes were obtained by hydrothermal method under the assistance of CTAB; PbS nanocrystals with grain-like morphology were gained in water bath at 50℃with the aid of CTAB respectively; ZnS nanoparticles were prepared by ultrasonic method in aqueous solution at 25℃usingβ-CD as a capping reagent; Uniform ZnS nanospheres were obtained in water bath at 100℃under the assistance of PVP; Uniform CuS flower-like nanospheres were prepared by ultrasonic method in aqueous solution at 25℃using CTAB as a capping reagent. The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray spectra (EDX), field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), UV-vis absorption spectra and photoluminescence spectra (PL) and so on. The major content is as follows:1. Uniform PbS nanocubes synthesized by hydrothermal method were prepared in high yield under the assistance of CTAB by the reaction of Pb(CH3COO)2-3H2O with TAA at 180℃. The average diameter of the PbS nanocubes is about 75 nm. CTAB and molar ratio of reactants were found to play important roles in formation of PbS nanocubes morphology.2. PbS nanocrystals with grain-like morphology were gained in high yield under the assistance of CTAB by the reaction of Pb(CH3COO)2-3H2O with TAA in water bath at 50℃. The average diameter of PbS nanocrystals with grain-like morphology is about 30 nm while the length is 70 nm. CTAB was found to play an important role in formation of PbS nanocrystals with grain-like morphology.3. ZnS nanoparticles with optical properties were prepared under the assistance ofβ-CD by the reaction of Zn(NO3)2-3H2O with Na2S-9H2O in aqueous solution at 25℃via the aid of ultrasound radiation. ZnS nanoparticles are small and the average diameter is about 30 nm. CTAB and ultrasound were found to play important roles in formation of ZnS nanoparticles.The mechanism of formation of ZnS nanoparticles with special morphologies were properly discussed.4. Uniform ZnS nanospheres were obtained in high yield under the assistance of PVP by the reaction of Zn (CH3COO)2-2H2O with TAA in water bath at 100℃. The average diameter of spheres is about 80 nm. PVP was found to play a key role in the synthesis process. The mechanism of formation of ZnS nanospheres was properly discussed.5. Uniform CuS flower-like nanospheres were prepared in high yield under the assistance of CTAB by the reaction of CuSO4-2H2O with TAA in aqueous solution at 30℃via the aid of ultrasound radiation. The average diameter CuS flower-like nanospheres is about 100 nm. The reaction time was found to be a key factor in formation of CuS flower-like nanospheres.
