WPCs is a new-type circumstance-health compound that taking wood powder, bamboo powder, crop straw stalk powder and plastic resin or scrap plastic as primary material, then these materials are mixed together in high temperature. Through the study of this material can improve the utilization levels of plant fiber,reduce waste of resources that caused by improper handling of waste thing,polypropylene(PP) as the matrix of wood-plastic composites materials prepared is hot topic today as this wood-plastic composite materials in a better performance.There still are many serious problems in the study of wood-plastic composites materials domestic,including the composite materials have poor interface compatibility and low monolithic property.The topics to polypropylene as matrix materials to replace the previously used rice hull flour, used to simulate real processing torque rheometer to study rheological properties of composite materials for the wood to provide theoretical guidance for the actual processing; with foam process, to improve the performance of composite materials, expanding the application of wood-plastic composite materials. Through experiments, rice husk and the PP to improve the interface compatibility, look for the best compatibility agent; and dosage on the compatibility of research to find out the best dosage. By foaming process,improve the impact properties of composite materials to reduce the density so as to enhance the performance of wood-plastic composite materials, reducing costs, expanding the application of wood-plastic composite materials. Through experiments we have come to:(1) Processing performance of composite materials with temperature change, and the optimum processing temperature is 180℃.(2) With the increase in the amount of rice husk, the largest composite torque, torque balance and the balance increased both the time trend.(3) The compatibilizer of maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene (MAH-g-PP), compared to the other two compatibilizer,it has the best effectiveness to improves performance of wood-plastic composite materials. MAH-g-PP to join composite materials to improve the interface compatibility, resulting in improved processing performance. Compatible with the dosage increase, the largest composite torque, torque balance of the trend is decreasing, while equilibrium time was the trend of gradually increasing(4) With the increase in the amount of EVA, composite materials, bending strength and tensile strength gradually decreased both; impact strength increased first and then decreased, while the density decreased after the first increase; foam performance to a better After the trend of variation.(5) With the increase in the amount of blowing agent, the flexural strength of composite materials, tensile strength and density of both the trend of gradually decreasing; impact strength after the first smaller size; foam properties are also changed for the better after the first variation.
