In the establishment of the new system of activated hydrogen peroxide bleaching process, the development of peroxide activator is conducive to hydrogen peroxide bleaching process to a short, low-power and high efficiency direction of development, which is undoubtedly a great helpful to promoting the optimization and improvement of bleaching process. In the situation of the domestic bleaching activator with only a few sorts and yields, a new bleaching activator with energy saving, environmental protection, low cost and good effect is developed here according to action mechanisms of hydrogen peroxide bleaching activators.In course of study, the new bleaching activator is discussed by two aspects of the synthesis and application, mainly through organic synthesis theory and the action mechanisms of hydrogen peroxide bleaching activators. Materials, which are renewable raw and have a wide range of sources, are preferential to be choosed. Then the overall experiments are arranged according to the laboratory conditions and other factors.Effects on synthetic products are mainly analyzed by synthesis methods, the choice of agent, reactive ratio of synthetic material, reaction tempreture, reaction time and catalyst. Finally, through testing the application effects of each product, the optimum synthesis program is gained as follows:1) synthesis of n-butyl acetate solvent;2) the reaction temperature: 140℃or so (no more than 150℃, steamed out of azeotrope when the temperature doesn't exceed 180℃);3) the best mole reaction ratio of ethylenediamine and citric acid is 3:8;4) catalyst: sulfuric acid, adding volume to 4% of the quality of ethylenediamine;5) the reaction time: 3h. The synthetic products of the optimum synthesis program is the new activator.In the applied experimental part, the new activator is studied much more comprehensively and systematically. Through a large number of experiments and data analysis, the optimum applicable process of the new activator is hydrogen peroxide bleaching cold-padbatch process. The conditions of the optimum applicable process are obtained as follow:Fabric weight: 5g; bath ratio: 1:20; hydrogen peroxide(100%): 15g/L; dosage of the new activator: 6 g/L; alkali-resistant penetration agent: 5g/L; dosage of the stabilizer of hydrogen peroxide: 18g/L; dosage of NaOH: 20g/L; temperature: at room temperature in winter (about 18℃); time: 20h.In order to discuss the activated effect of the new activator further, a comparison test of the new activator, its compound with urea and TAED is arranged. After analysing and discussing the experimental data, the compared rezults are obtained: activation of the new activator and TAED are nearly alike; the new activator and urea are not suitable to be compound. Through the analysis, it's can be inferred that the desired rezults would be likely gained, if different structures of activating agents are blended.The study on this subject will provides theoretical basis and reference data for synthesis of other new hydrogen peroxide bleaching activators. Thus it's contributing to the emergence of much more and better bleaching activators.
