In this paper, the application of hydrogen peroxide activator A in the cold-batch pre-treatment process of cotton fabrics, the steaming one-step pre-treatment process of cotton / linen fabric and the bleaching process of wool fabric were determined. The process conditions of adding activator were optimized. The optimization process of the cold-batch pre-treatment process of cotton fabrics are listed in the followings, for cold-batch process: activators A 2g/L, H2O2 (30%) 40g/L, pH 5~6, refining agent FK-3 5g/L, 4h; for boiling alkaline process : NaOH 10g/L , Detergent 3g/L, bath ratio 1:15, 10min, 100℃, which can be proved by the results: whiteness 83.54, strength 1197.8N, capillary effect 10.3cm/30. Compared with traditional cold-batch pre-treatment process, there were no sodium hydroxide and stabilizer in working solution, time was reduced substantially. This process saved energy and protected the environment obviously. The optimization process of the steaming one-step pre-treatment process of cotton / linen fabric are listed in the followings, for steaming process: activators A 4g/L, H2O2 (30%) 30g/L, refining agent FK-3 5g/L, sodium silicate 10g/L, 60min, 100℃; for washing process : Na2CO3 2g/L , Detergent 3g/L, bath ratio 1:15, 10min, 100℃, which can be proved by the results: whiteness 82.76, strength 1069N, capillary effect 12.4cm/30. Compared with traditional one-step pre-treatment process, there were no sodium hydroxide in working solution, steaming time reduced. This process saved energy and protected the environment. The optimization process of the low temperature bleaching process of wool fabric are listed in the followings: quality ratio of activators A to H2O2 0.8, H2O2 (30%) 9g/L, pH 6~7, 30min, 60min, JFC 2g/L, sodium pyrophosphate 2 g/L, bath ratio 1:40, which can be proved by the results: whiteness improved 13.2. The bleaching process of adding activator in the condition of low-temperature and slightly-acidic is more suitable to the wool bleaching process.
