Centralized sewage treatment in the urban sewage treatment is the main form, have good effects, manageable, and "scale effect" of urban water etc, which plays an important role in the protection of the environment. However, due to the sewage treatment facilities for central treatment of construction funds, long period, the urban sewage treatment lag, the urban sewage discharge area as the rapid expansion of urban water environment of the pressure of increasing important area. Distributed sewage disposal mode, can achieve the sewage treatment facilities construction, near with flexible, less investment, can be used as the central treatment mode of beneficial supplement, and has important significance.Based on urban distributed sewage treatment mode as the research object, the first through the concentration and dispersion characteristics of wastewater and restriction factor analysis model of sewage processing area, scattered judgment. Secondly, in the wastewater treatment technology scattered on the basis of analysis of the regional characteristics, according to different constructs the discharge standards and sewage processing mode dispersion recycled scattered processing mode.
