As the years increase in oil exploiting,the layer energy inclines year after year. Injecting water through the injection well can not only add energy to maintain the formation pressure,but also increase the production rate and recovery. Affusion exploiting is one of the most common and important ways to maintain stratum pressure in the oil field and oil well. But as this way is time consuming,laborious and expensive,and couldn't get the information under well in time.So there is important significance to design and manufacture such a water injection device,which is inteligent,safety,stable and energy-savingThis issue is based on practical project,and a safe and effective Multi-functional constant water distribution device is studied and designed mainly, which can work properly and reliably underground in the oil field.The monitoring system automatically adjusts the flow value, keeping the changes in flow value within±10% of the default value to ensure the system injects steadily,and basically make the realization of the constant flow. In addition, the data acquisition system which based on MC9S08DZ60 microprocessor is exploited.And the virtual instrument detection software is designed through the graphics advanced language VC.All the functions are realized,such as the underground data acquisition and processing of temperature, pressure,flow and serial communication.With the hydromechanics theory,the flowmeter which is based on the throttle formula of thin-walled vent is realized.With the pressure of both ends of vent,the value of flow can be calculated by the experienced formula,so the value of flow can be proportional regulate by the help of precise stepper motor which can change the size of vent.All the components were selected under the condition of thermostability and energy saving,so was the PCB.So it can meet the requirement under well.The exploited monitoring system has the characteristics of automatic adjust the flow,thermostability,energy-saving,stable capacity,friendly and direct-viewing interface and high efficient monitoring.In the experiment all the functions are achieved,for example,flow and temperature detection, wireless transmission,serial communications and so on. And the design of this paper is verified to be practical and implemented.
