At present,the application of circulating water system is very wide in industry,especially in the iron and steel making plants,and there are a lot of circulating cooling water users in the plants.Industrial circulating water system works as the lifeline of the industrial production process,it provides support for equipment maintenance and production.Therefore,research on technology for energy conservation and optimization of industrial refrigerating water circulation system is worthwhile.The research and development of the industrial circulating water system energy-saving demonstration experiment device is applicable to the simulation of taking a variety of energy-saving measures in industrial circulating water system,and different energy saving effect is obtained by experiments.The experimental platform of industrial circulating water system is manufactured,and the models are established by using Solidworks softwars.And use the smart valve to realize the system flow and pressure automatic adjustment.Experiment platform based on equipment status under different working conditions,parameter setting,accurate records and analysis on the status of energy consumption,so as to contrast the energy saving effect.Using the Simpson formula and thermodynamic theory of two-dimensional calculation method to get the cooling performance of the experimental apparatus,it analyzes the influence factors of the cooling system in detail and verifies the feasibility of the cooling system.We use Fluent simulation software to simulate the process of heat and mass transfer of cooling system.To obtain velocity,temperature change with the cooling tower Z axis curve.Analysis the electric control strategy and control system of the industrial circulating water energy-saving demonstration device.Complete construction of the industrial cycle energy-saving demonstration platform,through the experiment of different devices,different control strategy,we can achieve different energy saving effect.
