How to appraise and detect the release of harmful agent effectively, objectively and scientifically has become the hot spot which the society pays attention to now. The aim of this dissertation is to create and evaluate the inspection platform, and to study the impacts of environmental factors on emission, therefore find a way to make the inspection non-destruction, high imitation and good authenticity. The conclusions are as follows:(1) Environmental chamber method is an simulation of strong, powerful authenticity detection methods to detect the furniture. Evaluate the full-scale divided environmental chamber successfully. The full-scale chamber has an advanced design idea and technology and is easy to be handled. Temperature and humidity change little when it operates, range at 1℃and 4%; airtight reaches the international standard requirement(< 0.05ACH); the formaldehyde content in the air of inside and outside environment cabin were 0.030 and 0.008, TVOC were 0.085 and 0.036, individual VOC was not detected, its results were below the international standard requirements.(2) This paper studies the impacts of environmental chamber on furniture assembly of the country. At temperature and humidity aspects, these two factors have significant impact on emission. The concentration summit of formaldehyde and TVOC at the condition of temperature with 40℃and humidity with 50% is bigger than condition of temperature with 23℃and humidity with 40%, has good linear relation, R2 is 0.9921, equilibrium concentration of the former condition is earlier than the later condition; Formaldehyde and TVOC emission is positive correlation to loading rate and negative correlation to air exchange rate.(3) In the six-day testing period, TVOC emission has an emission trends, can be divided into three areas, respectively, emission active zone(before 35h after start of the experiment), emission transition zone(from 35h to 100h) and emission equilibrium zone(after 100h till the end). The former temperature and humidity significantly influence the first two zone but little influence the last zone.
