The Evalution On Natural Capital Of Beijing Labagoumen Nature Reserve

This research choose LaPaGouMen nature reserves as the case to study forest nature reserves of natural capital evaluation. At first establish an evaluation system, base on this system natural capital value into use value and non-use value.the use value including direct values and indirect values,non-use value including option value,bequest value and existence value。The total value is LaPaGouMen nature reserves natural capital value. In evaluating method, this paper mainly adopts the market value method, travel consume method(TCM),tourism income method, tourist attraction weight method, the contingent valuation method (CVM), etc.The paper using the online survey on natural resources,tourist attraction and willingness to pay of LaPaGouMen nature reserves to investigate and statistical analysis. Finally LaPaGouMen nature reserves of natural resources of tourist attraction for air and the climate is more than clean water, clean water is more than mountainous landscape, mountainous landscape is more than forest vegetation, forest vegetation is more than wild plants, wild plants is more than wild animals, wild animals is more than wild fungus. as a result,the total capital economic value of Labagoumen nature reserve for 50.57 billion yuan a year, its use value for 14.96 billion yuan a year, non-use value for 35.6 billion yuan a year, use Direct value for 3.27 billion yuan a year, indirect value for11.69 billion yuan a year. The results show that the forest ecological system in addition to providing basic human life and production of raw material, its also have more value.
