Performance Of Profile Control And Oil Displacement Agent In Chuankou Low Permeability Oil Reservior

According to the characteristics of ultra-low permeability fractured reservoir in Chuankou oil fields in the high water cut stage, not only are water channels in the large cracks effectively blocked, but also the crude oil in the small cracks is displaced effectively. In order to reach the dual purpose of deep fluid redirection and flooding, in this paper, the corresponding compound deep profile control and oil displacement agent system, which is super-absorbent hydrogel particles+weak gel deep profile control and flooding system, was studied. The super-absorbent particle system can plug large cracks in the water-channel and improve sweep efficiency significantly. Surving as regulation and flooding, weak gel displacing crude oil in small cracks effectively.In this paper, the super-absorbent hydrogel particles deep profile control and flooding system is a new kind of super aborbent particles gel with a variety of functional absorbent groups. The water-absorbent gel particles is formed from anionic monomer, cationic monomer, non-ionic monomer, inorganic sol in the presenced of causing agent and crosslinker and synthesized synchronously by polymerizing, crosslinkingd and blending. Then the product is produced by being washed, dried, granulated, grinded, and screened. By adjusting the monomer ratio, reaction conditions and the processing technology, the deep control and flooding agents with different water-absorbent, water absorption rate, particle radius and intensity of the temperature and salt resistance can be obtained.Screening through a large number of laboratory experiments, the weak gel displacement system which is suitable for Chuankou oil reservoir characteristics was developed.The best weak gel liquid formulations are polymer HPAM concentration of 2000 mg/L, crosslinker concentration of 200 mg/L, stabilizer concentration of 200 mg/L. The gel time of the system can be controled, and you can use Chuankou oil fields formation water with liquid of high salinity can be used to dispense. The experimental results show that there are a good synergy between the super absorbent hydrogel particles and the weak gel, which is a bettert method of enhanced oil recovery.
