Syntheses And Research Of Imidazoles And Other N-containing Compounds

The new synthetic method for two kinds of heterocyclic compounds was discussed in this thesis. The syntheses of 2-substituted imidazoles by elimination of N-Ts imidazolines were discussed in the first part. Imidazolines were treated with TsCl to give N-Ts substituted imidazolines which underwent the aromatization via elimination under the basic condition with DMSO as the solvent. In this method, imidazoles were synthesized by three steps in high yields from 1,2-diamine and aldehydes.The syntheses of piperazinoltrizaole and piperazinoltetrazole by using the new "Click Chemistry" were discussed in the second part. The intra molecular reaction between triple bond and the azide group under heating or in the presence of catalyst Cu powder, produced two nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds in high yields.
