1.In this paper,thirty three new target compounds were designed and synthesized,including twenty new triazothiadiazine derivatives containing benzimidazole moiety(TM-I-7a~7t),a new triazole-based Shiff base derivative containing benzimidazole moiety(TM-II-8),eight new carbazole-based chalcone derivatives(TM-III-4a~4h)and four new carbazole-based Schiff base derivatives.In addition,two new intermediates(6a~6b),4-amino-3-mercapto-1,2,4-triazole derivatives,were also synthesized.The structures of the new intermediates and target compounds were characterized by IR,1H NMR and elemental analysis.2.The crystal structures of target compunds TM-I-7k and TM-III-4c were determined and analyzed by single crystal X-ray diffraction.3.The target compunds TM-I~IV were evaluated for their inhibitory activity against Cdc25 B and PTP1 B.The results were as follows.(1)Part of the target compounds TM-I-7 exhibited higher inhibitory activity against PTP1 B.Among them,TM-I-7c showed highest inhibitory activity [IC50 =(1.55 ± 0.26)?g/m L],and the inhibitory activity was close to oleanolic acid as reference drug [(0.94 ± 0.05)?g/m L].(2)The target compound TM-II-8 did not show inhibitory activity aginst Cdc25 B and PTP1 B.(3)The target compounds TM-III-4 displayed higher inhibitory activity against Cdc25 B,and the inhibitory ratios were more than 80%.Among them,the inhibitory activity of compound TM-III-4f was most excellent [IC50 =(0.99 ± 0.13)?g/m L].The target compounds TM-III-4 had no inhibitory activity aginst PTP1 B.(4)Some target compounds TM-IV-5 showed weak inhibitory activity against Cdc25 B.Target compounds TM-IV-5 had no inhibitory activity against PTP1 B.The compounds which had inhibitory activity for Cdc25 B and PTP1 B are promising Cdc25 B and PTP1 B inhibitors,they have potential applications in anti-cancer and anti-diabetic therapy.4.The photophysical properties and anion recognize ability of target compound TM-II-8 were studied.The results showed that the compound exhibited naked-eye sensitivity for H2PO4-ion,and exhibited selective fluorescence responses to F-and Ac O-.Target compound TM-II-8 have potential applications in recognition of H2PO4-,F-and Ac Oanions.5.The thermal,optical and electrochemical properties of target compounds TM-III-4 were investigated.The results showed that these compounds have good thermal stability(T5d > 350 ?)and stable electrochemical properties,no reduction peak.They emitted blue to green fluorescence in DMSO.Target compounds have potential applications in OLEDs materials.6.In this paper,the obtained results provide a scientific basis for the development of new anti-cancer and anti-diabetic drugs,anion recognition receptors and organic small molecules in OLEDs materials.This research has important significance.
