With the improvement of production technology,people need higher and higher surface quality. In the aerospace and medical equipment,there are more rigid slender hole and their role is very important. For the sake of getting precise and good mechanic performance of hole surface,removing the burrs generated from various of processing methods at different degrees are needed to improve the performance of products and extend their life span. Thanks to its own characteristics,such as blind hole,lumen groove finishing,traditional finishing have some limits for surface which are difficult to machine.In order to improve the magnetic abrasive finishing of the effectiveness, we use the existing finishing equipment of Tai Yuan University of Technology doing lots of experiments to solve existing problems. This dissertation adopted the ways such as theory analysis,experimental measurements,numerical calculation and computer simulation,Some difficult questions such as the mechanism, were studied systematically. Main researches are as follows:1. The force of magnetic abrasive under rotating permanent magnetic was analyzed. The main factors affect the processing were drew by the project of basic experiment. 2. To meet the processing needs of the magnetic induction intensity,how to design the smallest of the permanent magnet was a pressing problem. Carefully studying the basic theory of permanent magnet was used to determine the basic size of permanent magnet. The simulation of magnetic induction lines and energy distribution,reasonable interval angle pole,were got by ANSYS.3. Green silicon carbide abrasive and abrasive flow was reasonable materials for this processing method. Through a large number of process experiments and orthogonal test ,these main parameters that affect the effects of were studied. Factors on the level of rotating permanent magnetic field affected finishing process could be obtained.4. Use of rotating permanent magnetic field and the strong swirling flow finishing method of the composite,Defects of Vortex flow,such as easy energy attenuation and processing of non-uniformity were easily break. Rotating eminent magnetic field finishing method was the use of additional and new composite finishing.In this dissertation,rotating permanent magnetic field process was studied thoroughly and systematically. A lot of abrasive suitable for this process was carried out. At the same time,the feasibility of the two composite finishing was explored. It is great significance for further research,development and industrial application for hole surface.
