| East Ujimqin grassland management level is accelerating, for example:Beijing and Tianjin sandstorm source control engineering, Restored forestry engineering,Ban on grazing re-grass engineering,Ecological Migration engineering. With the implementation of these ecological engineering, the number of the data and information's type is Increasing, and a large amount of data. Traditional data management approach is difficult to meet the current needs of engineering data management. This research is based on many years East Ujimqin ecological construction data to protect the grassland ecology and rational development and utilization of grassland resources, and using"GIS"technology and environmental management technology, and making use of developing softwares, such as Visual C++, SuperMap, SQL Server ,to design the East Ujimqin grassland ecological engineering information system. The East Ujimqin grassland ecological engineering information system's design gives full consideration to the main features of grassland ecological engineering, construction and distribution, and uses the modular design structure, using the object-oriented visual programming language Visual C++ 6.0, Group GIS development platform SuperMap 5.2 and the relational database SQL Server 2000 to complete construction of the system. The system could not only meet the ecological engineering management and query capabilities, but also make full use of GIS's statistical analysis, realized the drawing editor view, project design, thematic maps and statistical reports's the production output , etc.Using ADO technology and SDX + data engine to realize spatial database and attribute database management. Based on remote sensing graph analysis of vegetation growth status, determine ecological engineering construction status, the system could determine to a reasonable standard of human activities and ecological engineering, so that rational use of grassland resources and protection. The system could provide technical support and security for East Ujimqin grassland ecological engineering design, planning, management, evaluation, analysis and dynamic monitoring of the outcome of project construction. |
