Silk fiber has excellent moisture permeability, softness, and affinity for human skin,which makes it become a popular summer clothing fabric. Untreated silk fabric has a certain UV absorption capacity, but its amount of ultraviolet radiation is small which can not reach the requirements of shielding ultraviolet rays. What's more, silk fabric tends to be yellow and breakable after a long term exposure to UV. Therefore, the improvement of anti-UV properties of silk fabric is of great practical significance.Multi-amino compound RSD is a laboratory-made Hyper branched polymers which contains large amounts of amino, imino. The aqueous solution of RSD has a strong affinity for the silk fiber. And RSD contains a lot of amino which can react with Alde Hyde. Based on these theories, RSD-CAH was prepared by the reaction of RSD and cinnamic aldehyde in this article. As RSD-CAH contains a benzene ring and the Schiff base C = N structure, its UV absorption properties have been greatly enhanced compared with RSD. The silk fabric is treated with the RSD-CAH II solution whose concentration is 4g/L for 30 minutes at the temperature of 60℃by the impregnation method. After treated the silk fabric shows a good anti-UV performance especially in the section of UVB ultraviolet protective and its UPF value can reach 65.86. The silk fabric has a certain laundering durability as well.To further enhance the protection of the silk fabric in the UVA section, the weak alkaline RSD solution in which 2, 4-dihydroxy benzophenone containing phenolic hydroxyl was dissolved was used. The silk fabric treated with the solution containing 2g/L RSD and 1.2g/L DHB for 2 hours by the impregnation method shows a good anti-UV performance, its UPF can reach to 72.44. Similarly, RSD-VAN was prepared by the reaction of RSD and the vanillin containing phenolic hydroxyl. The RSD-VAN finishing agent is made by the mixture of 3g/L RSD and 2g/L VAN. The silk fabric treated by the fishing agent has excellent anti-ultraviolet capability, whose UPF value can reach 75.96.Due to the presence of phenolic hydroxyl; the finished fabric also has a good absorbing effect on the UVA section.The thesis also compared the properties of finished silk fabrics with those of the original ones, which shows anti-UV finish has little influence on the wear behavior of the treated silk fabric.
