ASP flooding separate injection technology achieves separate injection of strongly alkaline ASP flooding,which can slow the interlayer contradiction of low permeable formation,improve the injection profile,enhance the degree of the use of low permeable formation,enhance oil recovery,but the weak alkaline ASP flooding separate injection in the high injection rate of high temperature and high salinity oilfield points to note that there are still some difficulties: weak alkaline ASP flooding is a variety of complex fluid system,the rheological characteristics belong to non-newtonian fluid,the flow field is very complicated in separate injection tools,the difference of shear mechanism of the strongly alkaline ASP and the weak one is not yet clear.So it needs to be analyzed accordingly.The polymer of weak alkaline ASP flooding is temperature sensitive,velocity sensitive and salt sensitive material.The shear mechanism of weak alkaline ASP flooding,under high temperature and salinity and high injection rate conditions,needs to be analyzed accordingly.Separate injection technology of ASP flooding is mostly based on the 5.5 inch casing.But in the high injection rate oil field with 7.5 inch casing,because that the string size is different,it leads to ASP flooding which flows through separate injection tools change.The throttle pressure difference,viscosity loss rate and other important hydraulic parameters change.This paper intends to study the molecular structure and the change of molecular aggregation before and after weak alkaline ASP flooding shearing.In this paper,the main causes of pressure drop and viscosity loss before and after shearing of the weak alkaline ASP flooding which caused by separate injection tool are clarified from the mechanism.and then it guide the weak alkaline ASP flooding separate injection tool optimization.
