xiliu-10 block has been not implemented separated injection measures Along with the late development of in-depth field. It caused the big differences of vertical produce-suck profile, the obvious contradiction between layers, a rapid increase in containing water of blocks. But the high pressure of less permeable layer of low water intake capacity, a narrow spread of water injection, there are still some reserves have not been started, has some potential. After studying the separated injection technology at home and abroad, separated injection pipe and fling-fishing blend technology which adapt to the deep well and high-temperature well of north china oilfield xiliu-10 block are designed, mainly including the design of two kinds of tubing anchor to hold down pipe and to overcome the string creeping effectively, then the string life can be extended; the improvement of flushing valve of Y341-115 packer, so the flushing valve can achieve dual sealing and an increase of seal reliability; High temperature and pressure through the oil immersion test, screening out the plastic tube that can endure temperature of 130℃and pressure difference of 30MPa;based on the packer rubber tube under the force analysis, design of the rubber tube shoulder "Outburst" institutions, greatly increased the shear capacity and higher pressure difference capacity; through the mechanical analysis of water distribution device wick and wick seals mechanical analysis, to improve the water distribution device wick structure; designed a allotype seal packing, improved the success rate of fling-fishing blend. In well site, fling-fished wick for 10 times and tested for 6 times, the success rate of 100%;tested 8 wells, all with a separate injection and a one-time success rate of 100%;it alleviate the contradictions between layers to improve the swept volume of water injection, slow down the ascending velocity of containing water of the corresponding oil well, improve the recovery ratio of the Xiliu-10 block.
