Mechanical oil production in the horizontal wells, the submersible pump oil can avoid lopsided wear questions of rod pump's rod and tube. But when the submersible pump unit through the bending Hole and large deviation producing wells , there are also parts failure and the problem of low working life.In this paper, selected the unit's through capacity in bending hole and design of positions to centralizer in production segment to research.In bending Hole, selected submersible pump unit as the research object.It is simplified as a variable cross-section slender beams, considered unit gravity, decentralization of speed and Mechanical resistance, and friction contact. established transient dynamic finite element model through the curved section of the units;according to dynamics calculation results, proposed three Evaluation Conditions of unit's through capacity in bending segment: strength, stiffness and friction; using the weighted average method to calculate the maximun borehole curvature unit through.In large deviation producing segment ,considerd the unit gravity, mechanical resistance and contact force of casing load, the established the non-linear static model of the unit in the production segment; proposed three principles : smallest diameter, the number of the least and meet the strength when design of positions to centralizer .In order to machine parts more accurately, designed the four components stiffness test experiment, got the equivalent diameter of Commonly used parts. In addition, in order to get more reasonable intensity evaluation to unit's connecting parts.This article derivated axial force calculated passing moment formula to connect screws during the parts of units , compared with numerical simulation results less than 2%, The results confirmed the accuracy of this formula.The evaluation of unit through the bending segment is more reasonable and safe.In the Delphi programming environment, developed the " Submersible pump unit safety analysis in horizontal wells" software that can analyze and evaluate through capacity of the unit in the curved section, calculate the maximum curvature, analyze unit's force-deformation state in the production segment and design positions to centralizer in production segment.Through analysis and calculation of the Indonesian WIDB-33 well's unit, can see when 172-unit through 7.5°/30m curved portion, the stress of attachment jont during protector is maximum, its value is 252MPa,the angle displacement of attachment jont during protector is maximum, its value is 1.573°.The axial force of the unit pump's outlet connector is 19.06kN,it is greater than friction. in the production segment, the maximum stress of this unit occurred in the intake, its value is 87.1MPa,the maximum angular displacement of intake's thin neck is 0.517°.They satisfy the strength, stiffness and friction evaluation conditions.Design and analysis for 86 family unit,it can pass through bending holewhich is the angle of 80°and borehole burvature of 13°/30m.The analysis and evaluation of the units are able to safe working,which verify the correctness of the theoretical method and the feasibility of the software.
