At present, eccentric water pipe column technology is widely used in oilfields to realize efficient water injection. The existing eccentric water injection method is shown as follow. First, according to the theoretical water injection amount and the actual amount and the loss curve of water nozzle, a size fixed water nozzle is roughly chosen and put in the plug. the plug will be put into the appointed working barrel by using pulling and running tool, and then actual water injection amount of each layer is measued by flowmeter. If the actual water injection amount does not match the requirement of geology project, the plug will be pull out and a suitable water nozzle will be replaced. After the plug being put into the same working barrel, the water injection amount of each layer will be measured again by flowmeter. The process will be repeated till the water injection amount match the requirement of geology project. The seperating well logging of water injection well will now be more and more strictly required, thus the increasingly outstanding contradiction between the technological method with heavy workload and low efficiency and the development requires has become an important restrictive factor of the development of water injection technique. Therefor, a new technique of intelligent adjustment of water injection well has been developed to solve the problem.A new type of downhole adjustable plug is adopted, in the intelligent adjustment technology of water injection well, to locate and adjust the downhole plug in water injection well including high-pressure water injection valve, without changing the structure of eccentric water injector and downhole parameters. The downhole measurement and adjustment tool is controlled conveniently by surface controller and flow measurement and control of high-pressure water injection valve. Instead of changing the water nuzzle of plug and testing separately, testing and adjusting are conbined to measure the downhole flow and automatically measure the flow of target layer in on time. And the adjustment time will be greatly shorten and adjustment efficiency is improved over four times than that of separately adjustment and measurement. The flow control accuracy is improved greatly. After the application of this technology, there will be a very wide prospect of revolutionary layer water injecting and testing new technology.
