Water injection oil displacement is an important in the later period of exploitation ofoil field. At present, the technology of eccentric distribution pipe is used widely in oil field toimprove the oil recovery factor. The existing eccentric water injection method is shown asfollow.Firstly,according to the theoretical water injection amount the actual amount and thenozzle loss curve,a fixed water nozzle is roughly chosen. The plug will be pull outand asuitable water nozzle will be replaced.Then the blanking plug is put into the specified workingbarrel of eccentric water injection wells with device,and the actual water injection amount ismeasured by flometer. After the plug being put into the same workingbarrel,the water injectionamount of each layer will be measured again by flowmeter.The process will be repeated tillthe water injection amount match the requirement of geology project.Automatic measurementand deploy deviceuse adjustable blanking pug to work is relatively mature in the current waterinjection technology. The data transmission underground is achieved by connection betweenthe mechanical arm of underground device and water distribution instrument. As thismechanicial technology is not credible, a new method based on this technology is proposed.This paper uses the technology of low frequency communication of ElectromagneticInduction to achieve the underground data transmission between the adjustable blanking plugand the down hole instrument, thus an intelligent measurement and allocation device isachieved. Control signal is transferred to the send module by the upper monitor and then sendto the receive part after analysis. The control signal is send to the single chip by demodulationcircuit. The single chip drives the motor to regulate the value and water injection. Under theenvironment of high pressure and temperature, the technology of low frequency inductivecommunication has made it possible to go down the ground only once to measure andallocation the flux in each level flow of the ground. This technology has solved the problem offrequently pulling down the plug device, low efficiency and long cycle measurement.
