The gas development scale of AY condensate field is 240×104m3/d, and the associated condensate production is very largy The Existing processes is gas-liquid mixed transportation from single well station to gas gathering stations, in the gas gathering station,condensate oil goes into the low pressure tank after separation, and then it is transported to another place with tanker pull operation manner. With the deepening development of AY condensate field, it gradually exposed some problems:Due to the throttling effect, a large number of analytical gas accumulated in the low-pressure tanks, it was emissed in the form of venting, resulting in a large number of waste and environmental pollution, the pull operation has become more complex work, and the risk of pull operation has become more difficult to control. In view of this, we will expand a condensate processing device in the gas processing plant, and the end point pressure of the mixed transportation pipeline into treatment plant is unknown, and establish a mixed transportation of condensate oil, water and gas analytical pipeline through 101-X20 gas gathering station,101-X12 gas gathering stations,101 gas gathering stations, 118 gas gathering station to natural gas processing plant.It can reduce the complex work of daily production,help management,improve the security of production systems Additionally,it can simplify the process and ground device configuration, efficiently use the gas field formation energy. In Multiphase process design study, the three most important factor are diameter, pressure drop and flow pattern, the core of which is the pressure drop, flow pattern is the basis research studies of the pressure drop. Therefore, the main research content are Flow pattern and Influencing Factors, Pressure Drop factors and its Calculation Method and diameter selection of AY condensate field gathering trunk, an so on. All of these will lay the foundation for the later process and adaptability analysis.First, comparing the advantages and disadvantages with respect to domestic and foreign flow pattern identification method of oih gas and water mixed transportation, then choose the flow pattern identification method for AY condensate field.Secondly, analysis the common factors of the flow pattern of water mixed with oil and gas pipelines, and suggest other factors that affect the flow pattern of AY condensate field in addition to the common factors and use the flow pattern identification method for AY gas condensate field to verify, Eventually obtained six kinds of factors that affected the flow pattern of water mixed with oil and gas of AY condensate field gathering trunk pipelines. In addition, Pipeline pressure into the treatment plant should be 1 MPa or more, and the principle of AY condensate field drop factors and variables selected by Flow Research. Then, comparatively analysis the advantages and disadvantages with respect to six kinds of pressure drop mathematical models of domestic and international (homogeneous model, phase flow, flow-type model, component model, black oil model, combined model).Select flow type model and a simplified component model of components model that can be used to calculate the pressure drop of AY condensate field.Finally, summarizes three kinds of process for AY condensate field water mixed with oil and gas gathering pipelines based on the literature survey, combination of the analysis of diameter Selection, flow pattern, pressure drop and special conditions, completed the process parameters Selection calculation with respect to diameter, design pressure, the end point pressure and adaptability of process flow.
