The wax deposit phenomenon inside the pipeline is the main factor that leads to reduce pipeline capacity. In severe cases, it may even cause tube coagulation accident, and cause great security risk for the pipeline transporting. So it is necessary for pipeline to analyze the influence factors and study the wax deposit pattern.In gathering and transportation process with electricity heating, too high temperature incoming station may cause energy consuming, and too low temperature incoming station may result in insecurity of gathering and transportation. So it is worth studying to ensure the allowed mimimum temperature incoming station which should satisfy the safety running requirements.Through unheated pipeline wax test indoors, this paper analyzes and summarizes the wax deposit rules of different materials, different temperature, different water cut, and different flow rate. By the wax deposit test of pipeline with electricity heating, this paper contrasts and studies 19 # and 27 # platforms of the first transfer station in Aonan Oilfield, and analyzes the wax deposit rule. And through the gathering and transportation test with electricity heating, the paper decides the match waterpower friction factor of different pipe diameter at different conditions, then carries through the pressure calculation by homogeneous model, and finally determines the minimum return oil temperature. The first trunk pipeline is 29-31℃, the second is 32-34℃, the third is 37-39℃, the forth is 28-32℃.
