Delivery of oil and gas resources in China relies on steel pipeline However,pipeline corrosion,perforation and leakage often appear because of the complex terrain,transmission medium containing H2S and CO2,the medium components changing along with time.In order to ensure safety in production,detection of the thickness and replacement of thin wall pipe cost increase with the accumulation of operation time year by year,causing huge operation cost and workload.Changqing gas field belongs to dense lithologic gas reservoir with difficult control of ground investment.The existing gathering and transferring process and material cannot be very good to adapt to the development of dense gas reservoir.Through the study of this project,non-metal gas gathering pipeline which is preferably to Changqing Sulige gas component and pressure is chosen to speed up the field construction and reduce the construction cost.At the same time,design and construction technology come into being normative to provide theoretical support for the further application of non-metallic pipe which in turn boost the tight gas and shale gas,coal-bed methane and other economy development effectively.Comparison of application practice,advantages and disadvantages and using time and quantity of metal pipe,FRP pipe,flexible pipe,the steel framed hdpe pipe,and polyethylene plastic pipe is carried out.The results show that mass use of non-metallic pipe also lack the necessary theoretical basis and field experience.The flexible pipe is determined as the basic natural gas gathering pipe material which can fit in the Changqing gas field of natural gas components and operating conditions.With the optimization analysis of its structure and material,corresponding structure form and material are determined.With the analysis of flexible pipe on the internal pressure and axial tensile load,the optimized structure of inner core layer and enhancement layer and outer layer is chosen.Hydrostatic test,the blasting test,tensile test,low-temperature bending test,flame retardant and antistatic performance test,insulation test and H2S and CO2 corrosion resistance test for flexible pipe are carried out.The results show that the flexible pipe has the advantages of no leakage,tensile,bending resistance,low temperature resistant,flame retardant,resistance to corrosion,etc which can meet the operating requirement of gas pipeline.The nonmetal pipeline design,construction and acceptance technology,requirements,and corresponding security environmental protection measures are carried out with the consideration of field experiment and laboratory experiments.Field test and analysis of economic benefit show that the non-metal pipeline has the advantages of simple construction,fast construction,and low comprehensive investment and is suitable for the low costs of tight gas development requirements.
