VSR(vibratory stress relief) as a advanced metal material processing technology, emphasis on the introduction of energy-saving.China from the last century,70, began to introduce and study the VSR and had also made remarkable progress and development in recent years.Vibration stress relief technology is energy-saving,high efficiency and environmental protection technology. Yet the technology is no complete and unified theory of support,equipment functions is simple,and there is no convenient,quantitative method to determine,which greatly limits its application and promotion.In this paper,the author comprehensively analyzed various VSR technology research in frew years and confirmed the results of research from the perspective of decision basis and craftsmanship.According to the theory of vibration aging technology,a set of equipment was designed to reduce the internal residual stress of the workpiece.The dissertation is divided into seven chapters, the main contents are as follows:In chapterâ… ,the background and significance of the research were introduced,the current research situations at home and abroad on VSR are summarized,the limitation of studying on VSR is also introduced.Then the contents of this dissertation are proposed.In chapterâ…¡,the causes of residual stress and classification were described under the elastic model.From the view of stress-strain principle of the metal and micro-mechanics,the principles and methods of low-frequency vibration to elimination of residual stress was analyzed, and the mechanism of high-frequency vibration was introduced.In chapterâ…¢,the criterion of residual stress eliminated was discussed and the relationship between the before and after VSR of several characteristic curves were focused on. The author discribed the computing method of parameters such as excited force, vibration frequency,vibration time. In chapterâ…£,the author have a comprehensive introduction to VSR device hardware circuit design including DC excitation,accelerometer pick-up circuit,rate and frequency contorl circuit,I/O and LCD circui,power supply circuit and so on.In chapterâ…¤,the author describes control methods of the VSR device in this paper and software development environment, gives the software design process and software design of the module according to software requirements.In chapterâ…¥,article summarizes the basic design principles of VSR device and the problems in the currently design of VSR, presented VSR development prospects based on the problems.
