The cutting device of crankshaft is newly developed and designed crankshaft lathe,it uses a parallelogram linkage tool system to follow cutting.This will be able to solve the issue of multiple clamping in the crankshaft machining and to carry out high-speed turning.Then,crankshaft's quality would be significantly increased. The main cotents of this paper is to design a high-precision and low-cost table for the cutting device of crankshaft. The table is an important foundation component of lathe, its response speed, accuracy and stability will directly affect the processing performace and quality of the crankshaft.According to the characteristics and requirements of crankshaft lathe, this article will be to discuss and annlyse the advantages and disadvantages of the different programs, and select the overall program of table.The able are composed of the upper and lower skateboard, rail, transmission system. It ascertain the type, structure and lubrication of the table. As for the key components, several sets of design option should be made, and then the structure of the various parts ultimately be determined by comparing the cost and performance of the different programs. According to their own need, some parts sholud be check to ensure that the table can be safe and efficient.In this paper, three-dimensional model would be made in Pro/E. In the modeling process, a variety of factors would be considered for the establishment of complete and detailed model. The acutal situation and the performance requirments would determine the assembly process of table, and thus virtual assembly be made by it.Skateboards are large bearing pieces, and its deformation and vibration would directly affect the performance of the whole lathe. So it is necessary for skateboards to analyse the characteristics of static and dynamic. The features of skateboards would be carefully studied for fingding the weaknesses in the sructure. Strctural optimization of skateboards based on data of static and dynamic analysis would be made by using ANSYS. Qulity would be selected as the objective function and its sensitive parameter be choosed as design variables and state variables. The optimal design would be found through iterative calculations. It would not only meet all design requirements, but also the objective function minimum.
