The automatic machine tools in social manufacture lie in more and more important position. Their machining accuracy is subject to many factors. In order to get these factors which impact on machining quality, the information obtained in finite element analysis of assembly is often difficult to obtain from the analysis of single part. In this paper, the two station working table of processing rubber seal is intended as the object of study. ANSYS Workbench and UG are used as the tools, building the3D model, accomplishing static analysis, modal analysis and transient dynamic analysis, so that statics and dynamics characteristics of the workbench are gained. And It can put forward to optimizing views according to the results.First, the3D model, which is based on the size and characteristics of the working table, is made by UG. And the preparatory work of the finite element analysis model is accomplished.Next, after understanding basic theories of the finite element analysis, it is to finish static analysis, modal analysis, and transient dynamic analysis of the working table by ANSYS Workbench. The strain, stress, deformation cloud diagram of the worktable clouded be obtained by static analysis. The top6order modal frequencies and mode shapes are got by modal analysis. Transient dynamic analysis cloud simulate status of the working table in practical manufacturing, and we can know about the workbench, the tool and the clamping system influence factors for machining quality. Finally, in order to improve machining quality, the optimal suggestions of the table is made after knowing about dynamic and static characteristics for the working table. The analysis results and tuning recommendations cloud offer following experiment reference or guidance.
