Study Of Truck Tire Tread Pattern Noise And Its Reducing Method

Traffic noise is the main part of city noise, which brings much harmful effect to human life. Since 1960s, developed countries have paid plenty attention to vehicle noise and made related standard and law. In the field of low-noise tire, we are highly behind developed countries, which seriously affect the exportation of tire made in china. In order to producing low-noise tire that reach the noise standard made by developed countries, the study of tire vocal mechanism and vocal model is necessary, and low-noise tread pattern noise simulation and optimization system is imperative.Our university have been study on low-noise tire since 1980s, and have successfully developed《low-noise tread pattern simulation and optimization system》,which rewarded much good reputation. This dissertation mainly study the noise of tread pattern of truck, which is based on actual problem of Guizhou tire Co.,Ltd, and produce another《low-noise truck tread pattern simulation and optimization system))In this dissertation, the property of truck is simply described, and detail describes the two important tread pattern-block pattern and strip pattern trucks usually used. In the foundations of above study vocal mechanism and vocal model are explained in detail.Because the strip pattern is special, so in the third chapter, the identification of truck tread pattern and the image processing is illustrated in detail. The focus is on the strip pattern.Chapter 3 mainly discuss the designing of truck tread pattern, including designing principle and computer optimization design (adaptive immune genetic algorithm). And proposed that optimization by laboratory testing is infeasible. And compare two optimization methods in car version.Finally in the foundation of study of noise authority, we give out the embryonic form of《low-noise truck tread pattern simulation and optimization system》. The same to the car version, it can do noise simulation, optimization and sounding simulation. And detail explain the develop points.Beside, the car version still has some parts that worth study. So author also do some study on it.The work of this dissertation and the correction of program are scientific and practice, which provide s strong intelligent optimization design tool for the low-noise tire tread design.
