Study Of Truck Tire Tread Pattern Noise And Anechoic Chamber Measure

Currently, the prediction of tire thread patterns mainly focus on the noise trend of various thread patterns of all tires with no accurate spectral prediction. Many international large tire enterprises including Michelin guide the pattern design as well as the research and development of the tire thread pattern based on the relative trend of the noise of the tire thread pattern. This essay, based on the joint program of our school with ZhongCe Rubber Factory and Gui Zhou tire Co, LTD, focuses on research of the truck tire tread pattern noise and measure of the anechoic chamber.This paper introduces the types of the lorry tire, which is mainly divided into six types, and introduces the noise source of the truck tire, which includes the noise generation mechanism of the front-edge, the median space and the after-edge.Measuring and analyzing the acoustical behavior in double-function anechoic chamber in ZhongCe Rubber Factory. According to anechoic chamber acoustics theory, the anechoic chamber was measured from four aspects such as sound field characteristics, measure accuracy, sound fluctuate and tire noise orientation characteristics.This paper summarize how to analyze and differentiate the acoustic spectrum of the truck tyre, which includes the extraction of the useful information from the actually measurement spectrum and the simulation spectrum, and picks up useful information from the spectrum from two aspects such as objective analysis and subjective evaluation.This paper improves analysis system of the original truck tire block pattern. According to a plenty of measure data, modificative mathematics model and project client relative demand, modifies the software by many aspects.This paper indicates the mathematics model of the truck tire strip pattern noise analysis system, and the main function of the software which bases on the model, through example, analyzes the pattern noise of the truck tire which was supplied by GuiZhou tire company.The software has been put into service and its serviceability has been testified by the customer, what's more, we will do further corporative development. The theoretical research result and program improvement in this paper is characteristic of scientific and engineering practicability, which supply strong technology support for the low noise tire pattern design and research.
