With the rapid development of economy and society,people's living standard has been greatly improved,and the use of cars has increased sharply,the noise pollution is becoming more and more serious.Vehicle noise is the main source of road traffic noise,which mainly includes engine noise,transmission system noise,aerodynamic noise and tire noise.When the vehicle speed is high,the tire noise is the most important factor.And Tire tread noise is an important part of tire noise.In 2012,the European Union formally implemented an important regulation EC 1222/2009,that is,Tyre Labeling Regulation,which contains three main elements: fuel efficiency rating,wetland land level,rolling noise level.The law aims to enhance the safety of road transport by improving fuel efficiency and the use of low noise safety tires,so as to achieve the aim of improving economic and environmental benefits.In order to reduce the gap with developed countries,our country draws lessons from European Union standard to establish tire labeling regulations,standard for grading of tyre parameters and management procedures for the labeling of tyres,the regulations formally implemented in September 15,2016.For China's tire enterprises,how to produce products to meet the market requirements has become a top priority.In this paper,the tire tread noise is taken as the research object.(1)In this paper,the mechanism and simulation model of tire tread noise are analyzed in detail.(2)In order to evaluate the optimization result of tire tread pattern noise,an evaluation system is established.It includes the highest peak value evaluation,M curve evaluation,M curve weight evaluation,comprehensive fuzzy evaluation.Then the fitness function is established according to the evaluation criteria.In the optimization of tread pattern noise,the optimization results are evaluated according to the fitness value.(3)The discrete particle swarm optimization(DPSO)algorithm and the improved adaptive immune genetic algorithm(AIGA)are used to optimize the tire tread parameters respectively.The advantages and disadvantages of the two algorithms are compared.Finally choose the latter as the final optimization algorithm.(4)Through the simulation and optimization of the tire tread pattern,the concrete process of tire tread pattern optimization is described.The research of this paper comes from the project which is cooperate with the enterprise,and the related research results have been applied to the enterprise.The simulation and optimization software of tire tread noise provides a strong support for the design of low noise tread pattern,and is helpful for enterprises to shorten the tire development cycle.
