Oil-gas mixture pumps developed in recent years is an efficient way of oilfield development, oil-gas mixture pumps is the core equipment of it, Oil-gas mixture pumps combine liquid pump with gas compressor. The pressurized water chamber that is one of mixture pump parts has great influence of pump performance. It has special significance to the research. Due to the lack of gas-liquid two phase especially high gas flow rate and the mechanism of medium, the theoretical guidance precision axial mixture pumps design is very difficult. Now, designing method of axial mixture pumps is not mature. It is not as clear as a more mature design theory of pump.In the paper, structure of the pressurized water chamber is design and optimization. Using UG NX software for its 3d modeling, impeller of more mature design and pressurized water chamber assemble together. So it is easy to real gas-liquid reaction flow of after entering pressurized water chamber. Using Gambit to mesh and imitating flow field in Fluent software. Through analyzing pressure, velocity and density of flow inside water pressure chamber. Finding the cause that cause low efficiency of pressurized water chamber. Enlarging sectional area of pressurized water chamber and improving shape of casing tongue, to improve the efficiency of pressurized water chamber. Results show that water pressure chamber after retrofit obvious effect, good realized increased pressure by lower speed and gas-liquid separation turbocharged eased, efficiency is improved.This research work reduced the designing time of the oil-gas mixture pumps in a certain extent. The method that enlarge pressurized water chamber provide the reference material for oil-gas mixture pump design, is also proved adding the impeller of transition between impeller and pressurized water chamber.
