The device of adding the sand for pumps use the jet pump principle, using the nozzle pipe contraction pressure lowered, thus produce low pressure, liquid with sand were sucked into pipelines, then spread expansion, make liquid with sand up to high pressure, into the wellhead. Jet pump is the core components of the device of adding the sand for pumps. Jet pump which working medium is liquid is a kind of a mixed reaction fluid machinery and equipment through fluid shield points or turbulent diffusion effect pass energy to fluids(liquids and liquids containing solid particles).Due to the main parts of jet pump have no moving components, thus simple structure, easy to operate and safe, reliable, and relatively easy to repair, and its comprehensive utilization. Now both home and abroad it has been applied to transportation, water conservancy, electric power, metallurgy, textile, metallurgy, petroleum chemical industry, environmental protection, marine refrigeration, development and utilization of nuclear energy, aviation and aerospace fields.In this thesis CFX software for the first time is used analysis mixed fracturing fluid solid-liquid two-phase flow numerical simulation analysis, form a solid-liquid two-phase flow simulation method about mixed three-dimensional numerical simulation, through numerical simulation of jet pump to analysis jet pump effect of structure on jet pump performance, design and structure optimization of jet pump provides a theoretical basis. Summary up the jet pump structure impact on work performance through the fluid flow field analysis on the factors affecting the jet-pump performance changes,,form a set of simple design method for jet pump, jet pump design and jet pump efficiency relevant; pumps plus sand numerical simulation in the process of a complete structure parameters. This pump plus unit designed by this methed reduces wear and tear on the pump of solid particles, thereby significantly improving the service life of the pump.By fluid simulation software CFX, creating physical modeling for pump adding sand, meshing generation, settings numerical model of experimental parameters, selecting numerical model, obtaining the device of pump adding sand internal fluid flows. Obtain performance of jet pump and inlet contraction point impacts derived from numerical simulation analysis on pipe diameter and pipe length of effect of Jet-pump performance. Area ratio and structural parameters of flow ratio is the most important parameters jet pump, obtain the best area ratio and flow rate ratio. By means of numerical simulation of different ratio of area ratio and flow jet pump.Under the best area ratio and flow conditions, optimize the jet pump nozzles and select to meet the requirements of optimal nozzles diameter...
