| China has abundant limestone, coal and other reliable resources, so calcium carbide process PVC in the domestic market is still dominant. Recently, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region quick economic growth is impelling the rapid development of its chlor-alkali industry which concentrated in western region.With the increased production of PVC, water consumption and displacement are also growing. If not using zero emission technology will aggravate the water shortage situation, and bring about enormous burden on the environment management. It will seriously hamper the sustainable development of calcium carbide industry. The end result is a vicious cycle. Therefore, from the scientific development of circular economy and resource reuse perspective, research and popularizing the zero discharge waste water of PVC produced by calcium carbide method is imperative and meaningful. It can promote PVC produced by calcium carbide method to sustainable development.In view of this, this paper is to find a cost-effective comprehensive approach through accessing to information, site investigation, data collection, calculation and technical analysis. It will minimize the risk of pollution of waste water discharge, and provide some reference value to sustainable development of PVC produced by calcium carbide method. At the same time, this paper summarized the optimization of zero discharge wastewater based on all aspects of wastewater treatment compared and calculation of production data to verify, and proposed to how to improve wastewater treatment. |
