UV-curable adhesive is a class of important material that could be rapidly created adhesive bonding properties by the UV radiation.Due to the advantages:the fast curing, lower curing temperature, non-polluting and energy-saving,UV curing technology has could be gained rapidly development all over the world and it is widely used in printed circuit board manufacturing, fiber bonding, LCD installation, electronic components assembly and other areas.In this paper though experiment we selected a large number of light-cured prepolymers, monomer, photoinitiator and additives, and determined the optimal UV curing adhesive formulations by the orthogonal experimental method, we epically investigated the effect of composition of the system on the adhesive properties and light curing rate of the impact; also discussed additives, substrate surface treatment on the adhesive properties;and studied the development of the heat aging properties of adhesive.Finally passing the continuous optimization of the adhesive formulations, we obtain excellent performance UV curing adhesive.It tensile shear strength reached 7.5MPa and has good light transmission and anti-aging properties. In this paper we did some try for developing a new type of adhesive, and laid a certain foundation for the development of the UV curing in the future, while providing reference data for UV curing lining of researching and development.
