The performance of desulfurizing slurry-circling pump was researched in this paper. And it introduced many sorts of hydraulic design methods, analyzed the influence of each kind of factor to the performance of the two-phase flow pump, which includes the influence of hydraulic design of blade, the medium characteristic and the operation conditions of pumps. On this basis, several reliable suggestions for reference on the practical transformation and operation of desulfurizing slurry-circling pump were proved. The internal flow field of two-phase flow slurry-circling pumps in two power plants of 300MW and 600MW,which were taken as examples, were simulated by CFD software Fluent 6.2. The paper puts forward the reasonable proposal to designing of desulfurizing slurry-circling pump.
