With the CO2 flooding technology have a promising future.The new requirements for low temperature liquid pump whether suitable for low temperature liquid concern to our attention.In view of the CO2 injection pump problem,we use the Twin-screw pump for liquid CO2 transport which has the advantages of other transportation mode does not have.We use numerical simulation on the structure design of liquid CO2 injection screw pump with specific conditions,and analyses the key parts mechanical property.The main contents are as follows:(1)Research at home and abroad in liquid CO2 injection pump when used in CO2 flooding technology,and summarized the existing problems;(2)Based on the study of Twin-screw pump profile theory,designed the Twin-screw pump profile,and established the three-dimensional model of Twin-screw pump profile,then calculation the theory of Twin-screw pump flow;(3)Use the UG software to established the screw profile mathematical model,then import in ICEM CFD for meshing to numerical simulation get such as pressure,velocity distribution and single section of the screw rotor pressurization ability;(4)Designed the liquid CO2 injection screw pump structure,and research on the influence of metal materials which work in liquid carbon dioxide,then choose a suitable material for liquid CO2 injection pump.(5)Use the numerical simulation on the screw rotor and the pump shell,verified the strength of the screw and shell,and presented the corresponding natural frequency.
